The VMS name, VMS Payroll name, and associated logos are trademarks of Sri Velmurugan Software Technologies. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
Software License
VMS Payroll is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Your use of the software is governed by the Terms of Service. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through use of the Service.
Third-Party Components
VMS Payroll uses the following third-party technologies and services:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud infrastructure and data storage
- Angular framework for the user interface
- Spring Boot for backend services
- MySQL for database management
- Let's Encrypt for SSL/TLS certificates
Each third-party component is subject to its own license terms. Use of VMS Payroll does not grant you any rights under those licenses beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive for accuracy in payroll calculations and statutory compliance, users are responsible for verifying all computations before finalizing payroll runs and statutory filings.
Compliance
VMS Payroll is designed to assist with Indian payroll compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS calculations. However, tax laws and statutory requirements change frequently. Users are responsible for ensuring their payroll practices comply with current regulations.
Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to such processing.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of VMS Payroll shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sri Velmurugan Software Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
